Their new drying location, "Natural Friends," situated in the hills of Bolivar Cauca, utilizes valley winds and ample sunlight to expedite the drying process, enabling them to produce cleaner, brighter coffees in as few as three days for washed coffees and six days for natural coffees, significantly faster than the conventional ten to fifteen days. This exemplifies Diego and his team's ability to excel in various coffee processing techniques, proving they're not confined to a single approach.
